The platform is committed to improving the efficiency of industrial information flow and business demand visibility. Through standardized operations and long-term mechanism development, we aim to build an open, transparent, and sustainable industrial collaboration environment.

Important Notice

Please read and fully understand the entire content of this "Website Services and User Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") carefully before accessing, browsing this platform, or using any functions of this platform. Once you perform any of the aforementioned operations, or accept the subsequent services we provide through email or other means, it shall be deemed that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement and any terms we may update in the future.

Article 1 Definitions
  1. 1.1 This Platform/We: Refers to the ChemSmartLink platform (English name: ChemSmartLink, domain: www.chemsmartlink.cn) operated by YueSo Technologies Co., Ltd. and its related services.
  2. 1.2 User/You: Refers to all visitors accessing or browsing this platform, as well as natural persons, legal persons, or other organizations interacting with us through designated methods (such as email).
  3. 1.3 Information Publisher: Refers to users who use functions such as "Quick Post" or "Quick Registration" on this platform to submit commercial information, registration applications, or other materials to us via email.
  4. 1.4 Member: Refers to users who have entered into a "Membership Service Agreement" with us and enjoy specific rights.
  5. 1.5 Agreement Framework: Your rights and obligations with this platform are jointly governed by this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, the Disclaimer, and (if you become a member) the "Membership Service Agreement" separately signed with us. If you are a member, the special provisions in the "Membership Service Agreement" regarding specific service content, fees, payment, refunds, etc. shall take precedence over this Agreement; the general terms in this Agreement regarding website usage norms, intellectual property, legal liability, etc. shall continue to be effective.
Article 2 Service Model and Information Submission

Article 6 Agreement Modification and Termination

  2. 6.2 Continued Use Constitutes Acceptance: If you do not agree to the modified agreement, you have the right to stop using our services. If you continue to use the services, it shall be deemed that you accept the modified agreement.

  2. 7.2 Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties; if negotiation fails, either party has the right to submit the dispute to the competent people's court in the location of YueSo Technologies Co., Ltd. for resolution through litigation.
Article 8 Miscellaneous
  1. 8.1 Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be amended to achieve its intended purpose, and the validity of other provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected.
